Proposal:
Non-material amendment to the revised layout plan approved under 18/04674/REM (Approval of reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to 16/00476/OUT for mixed residential development of 40 dwellings) to revise the boundary between the allotments and plots 38 & 39 from hedgerow to 1.8m high hit and miss panel fencing.
