Application for lawful development certificate to prove to the Council Tax that the unit (known as The Annexe) may not be let separately from the main dwelling (1 Hillside Drive) without a breach pf the planning control within the meaning of Section 171A Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The description of the development clearly specifies that the unit is for a dependant relative and therefore this prevents its use from anyone other than a dependant relative
