Change of use from A3 (Restaurants and Cafes) to A4 (Drinking #establishments) to include works to floors, new doors, expose existing brickwork, hide existing window (window to remain in place), adapt existing cupboards in basement to create new toilet cubicles and floor trench to be excavated for drainage affecting a Grade II Listed Building
