Proposal:
To reinstate and fill in doorway; installation of pipework from basement to reinstate toilet closet and sink. To connect to existing soil pipe using traditional cast iron pipe to reinstate partition walls in plasterboard as a cubicle to house toilet and sink. Possible removal of false ceilings in front and back of premises
