Proposal:
Re-roof property including replacement of existing skylights and addition of small dormer to allow creation of top floor bathroom, internal and external alterations including take down unsafe rear chimney, replacement of windows and doors on rear elevation, install bi-fold doors and erection of replacement outhouse.
