To raise crown over road to provide approx 5m clearance and approx 4m further round, reduce selective branches outside the uniformity of the canopy (by approx 2m) and remove dead ivy of 1No Larch tree protected by Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council (Kemps Eye Avenue, Belle Vue) Tree Preservation Order 1989
