To crown thin (to reduce snow accumulation in future) and very limited end weight reduction of a few branches in the upper crown 1 Scots pine (T1) protected by Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council (Kemps Eye Avenue, Belle Vue) Tree Preservation Order 1989
