Proposal:
Non Material Amendment to planning permission 18/00501/FUL to allow for alterations to floor layout at ground floor level within Apartment Block B consisting of Apartments 1 and 4 merging to form a single apartment (renamed Apartment 1) and Apartments 2 and 3 merging to form a single apartment (renamed Apartment 2), reducing the number of dwellings in Apartment Block B from 16 to 14.
