Proposal:
To remove previously removed epicormics on stem above roof height, selectively reduce the lower section of the upper canopy (by approx 1.5-2m, approx. 20% of foliage) including those parts outside the uniformity of the canopy, and remove deadwood greater than approx 40mm diameter of 1No Oak tree protected by SABC (Land at and surrounding Bicton Heath South) TPO 2007.
