Proposal:
Amendments to alter the design of the proposed roof extension to a contemporary flat roof structure, all new openings and the materials to remain as previously to Planning Permission 09/03036/FUL for the change of use from office/workshop to residential and formation of mansard roof to create additional floor of accommodation and roof terrace and raising height of metal extraction flue (renewal of extant permission reference 04/1146/F).
