In July, the Parish Council decided in principle that it wished to support the llibrary, which is threatened with closure by Shropshire Council by 2018. The Parish Council is entering into discussioins with Shorpshire Council to ensablish the best way to protect the service financially, this would have an impact on the Parish Precept, costing each household approximately £16.00 per year.
The Parish Council invites residents to view the proposals and ask any questions at an Information Sharing Event on Friday 24th March 2017 when members of the Council will be available to answer any questions.
